30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In its original packaging
In the same condition you received it

Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Who pays for return shipping? +

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or we shipped the wrong product.

If you're returning an item because you've changed your mind, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

If the item is faulty or we made an error, we'll cover the return shipping costs or provide a replacement.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Material and care +

Our jewelry is crafted from premium stainless steel, sterling silver, gold plating, and cubic zirconia depending on the collection.

Many of our stainless steel pieces are water-resistant, but we recommend removing jewelry before swimming, showering, or applying perfume to extend its lifespan.
